The Police in Imo State, recently, rounded up the brain behind the death of a 12-year-old girl, Ifunanya Favour Iberi, who was declared wanted two months ago by arresting a 34-year-old man identified as Samuel Chukwunyere. Police alleged that the suspect was responsible for raping the teenager to death and dumping her lifeless body in a deep well.

The missing little Ifunanya was last seen by members of her family on Sunday, October 13, 2013, when she could not return to their house after her day’s routine activities. Apparently worried by the scaring development, her parents immediately alerted the Imo State Police Command. Their passionate appeal to the Commissioner of Police, Katsina was very simple. 'You must please, assist us find our missing daughter.'

Two men have been arrested for raping a 16-year-old girl in separate incidents in India.

According to the girl, she was raped by her friend's husband, Santosh, 42, when she went to their house on Monday. She said she was locked inside the house and séxually abused.

Teenage Girl Set Ablaze for Resisting Attempted Rape

A teenage girl was allegedly set ablaze by a young man after she resisted his attempt to rape her in Pratapgarh district, India.

According to police sources, the 16-year-old girl was sleeping in her house in Tina village in Lalganj area when the man managed to enter the residence and tried to rape her.

When the girl resisted, the accused sprinkled kerosene oil on her and set her ablaze.

We got a report that, a 42-year-old landlord has been arrested by police detectives from Igando Police Station for allegedly defiling a 10-year-old daughter of his tenant, Lagos, southwest Nigeria.

The suspect, identified as Taiwo Bakare, who is also an electrician from Oyo State, lured the girl, (name withheld) to his parlour with sweets where he allegedly committed the act.

How desperately wicked the heart of man is! TOI reports that a 17-year-old girl who had eloped to Mumbai with her boyfriend from Uttar Pradesh was allegedly gang-raped and murdered by her father and his friend on October 31 in the jungles of Kashimira. She was reportedly four months pregnant.

The accused men were arrested on Monday and remanded in police custody till November 15. "They have independently confessed to the rape and murder," said senior inspector Fatehsinh Patil of Kashimira police.

Not again! Three men have allegedly gang-raped a 15-year old girl at the Ikorodu area of Lagos, as the police are alleged to be threatening the victim’s parents to settle the matter out of court.
